4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Nigeria only.
International delivery is not available at this time.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Lagos: 1–3 working days
- Other states: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 2 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
For hygiene reasons:
- Socks cannot be returned once opened
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.
