Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on eligible items. All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


How long do I have to request a return?

Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery.


Which items are not eligible for return?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • socks (once packaging has been opened)
  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different style or color, you may place a new order after your return has been approved.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
